I was wrong about the KO round. Moutinho is tougher than I anticipated. I thought Herb Dean had a poor stoppage here. Referees are referees and not cornermen and should stop the fight if a fighter is KOed or not intelligently defending himself. Moutinho was cognizant but taking a lot of damage, it was not Herb’s call to make
