So its a tough time for MMA in Texas right now. There were zero local shows in Texas in the last six months and a lot of fighters are heaving a hard time. Guys can travel to places like Florida to try to get fights, but the fighters would have to have those connections already made, and they’d have to stop working to make the trip. Yes, All local fighters have jobs. The LFA is doing a good job getting fighters out to Sioux Falls, and putting on good shows. It would be nice if they could find a more central location for the fighters – But in this pandemic, you have to take what you can get. read more

So, the LFA is back. The show took a very long break, and the pandemic really crushed some of the fighters. The pandemic is doing a number on all contractors actually. Its not good, but, we are slowly trying to get back to where we were. The LFA was in Sioux Falls South Dakota for LFA 84

Gonzales boxes up Childers, lands a big knee, takes Childers down and pounds on him.

Round 2

Gonzales rocks Childers then tries to go to work on the ground again. Childers uses a Kimura to turn the tables, going for a Rear Naked Choke, a head and arm choke and a von Flue choke. Gonzales scrambles out of all of them. read more

Jaleel Willis vs Harvey Park – Lightweight

Willis clinches immediately. Park is able to break the clinch, and the two have a feeling out patch. Park has very poor head movement, and for some reason Willis is looking to take him down. Willis looks like he’s fighting scared- a lot of unsure movements and backing off. Park eventually rocks Willis, which sits him down.
