Usually LFA champs can go straight to the UFC. I dont think this is the case for these ladies. Rodriguez has better strikes, but her footwork is atrocious. Gotsyk has good footwork, but she looks like a pad-hitter. I’m just not impressed. I think they rushed into crowning a new LFA strawweight champ. So the LFA Visited the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota as they tend to do. I really want The LFA to be its own thing, Why? Because of the fights. The fights are so good, the match making is good, the talent spotting is good. What I mean by it being its own thing is, the LFA not depending on using the UFC to gain legitimacy. In my opinion, it doesn’t need the UFC. Anyway, we carry on.
