I hate being able to chose between which high level promotion I want to watch. LFA and Bellator, get your stuff together. Great fights. I picked the LFA, 1. Because I like to see young talent & 2. I cover LFA. I only cover LFA because they started in Texas BTW. And it looks like I’ll be covering A LOT more Fury FC now that they’re on FightPass and their production has gotten a lot better. OK, so the LFA is back, bringing you great fights as usual. They switched up their broadcast team a little bit. Pat Miletich is no longer present. I dont want to get political nor personal here, but Pat Miletich is a fantastic commentator. When he’s not biased to fighters that he knows, he calls great fights. Its a shame that they lost him IMO. They had the three person booth at LFA and…. for me…. it was just too crowded. The two person booth works so much better for a show like the LFA, and I’m not a fan of two commentators talking about their own Jiu Jitsu classes while a fight is going on. Ron Kruck is still there, and he had a good night quaterbacking the broadcast team, but 3 people -I just dont like it. read more

So the LFA Visited the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota as they tend to do. I really want The LFA to be its own thing, Why? Because of the fights. The fights are so good, the match making is good, the talent spotting is good. What I mean by it being its own thing is, the LFA not depending on using the UFC to gain legitimacy. In my opinion, it doesn’t need the UFC. Anyway, we carry on.
